HORSERADISH
Perennial vegetable grown for its large white roots. Plant in good soil in sun
or light shade. Harvest roots in fall.
RHUBARB
A vegetable which is used as a fruit. Excellent in sauces and pies. Perennial.
Harvest in early spring.
POTATOES
DARK RED NORLAND Very similar to Red Norland. This potato has a deeper-red
skin, almost burgundy in color. Keeps color well in storage. Round tubers with
heavy yields. 100 day maturity.
KENNEBEC
Round white, moderate storer, resistant to late blight and scab, “old reliable”
120 day maturity.
RUSSETT BURBANK
The Idaho baker. Long white late variety, excellent baker, scab resistant. 120
day maturity.
RED NORLAND
Early round red. Very good storer. The most popular red potato. 100 day
maturity.
